These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 33spin ("We", "Us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 33spin website located at https://33spin.cam, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.

33spin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 33spin. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• Notifying 33spin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All monetary transactions on 33spin are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers. 33spin does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment on behalf of another person.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. 33spin may impose additional limits based on risk assessment at its sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to account verification status. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.

33spin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their use, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new account.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the software; any winnings derived from exploits will be voided.

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 33spin as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activities.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your financial institution in bad faith, after having received a service or winnings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33spin staff or other players via any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33spin, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

33spin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results displayed, or the suitability of any content for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33spin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.

33spin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on 33spin, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data may be shared with licensed third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) to the extent necessary for compliance with legal obligations and the provision of services. 33spin will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account. Continued use of 33spin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 33spin, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 33spin's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a complaint by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory authority. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
